Pricing & Investment
How much does a lift kit cost installed?
Lift kit installation at Godspeed ranges from $2,800 to $12,000+ depending on the vehicle, lift height, and shock quality. A 2.5-inch lift with Bilstein or Fox shocks typically runs $2,800–$4,500. A 3.5-inch lift with Fox 2.5 remote reservoir shocks runs $5,000–$8,000. Premium long-arm kits start at $8,000. See our lift kit page for detailed pricing.
How much does a custom build cost?
A trail-ready package (lift, tires, front bumper, lights) runs $8,000–$12,000. A full build runs $12,000–$18,000. Premium builds can exceed $25,000. See our custom builds page for details on each tier.
Do you offer financing?
We offer phased builds instead of traditional financing. We plan builds in stages so you can invest over time, with each stage designed to work properly on its own. Most customers start with lift kit and tires, then add bumpers and lighting later.
Process & Timeline
How long does a lift kit installation take?
Standard suspension lifts take 1–2 days depending on complexity. Spacer lifts can be done same-day. Long-arm kits or multi-system builds take 3–5 days. We’ll give you a timeline when you schedule.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks for standard services. Custom builds with special-order parts may require 3–4 weeks for part sourcing. Call Dan at (941) 343-7262 for current availability.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes, we install customer-supplied parts regularly. We inspect everything before installation. Labor rates are the same regardless of who supplied the parts. We stand behind our installation work either way.
Do you do alignments after lifting?
Yes — an alignment is included with every lift kit installation. Changing suspension geometry without realigning causes premature tire wear. We use a 4-wheel alignment rack calibrated for modified vehicles.
Vehicles & Services
What vehicles do you work on?
We specialize in Jeep Wranglers (JK/JL), Jeep Gladiators (JT), Ford Broncos (6th gen), Toyota 4Runners, and Toyota Tacomas. We also work on other trucks and SUVs including the Colorado ZR2, F-150 Raptor, and RAM 1500. We do not work on cars.
What brands do you recommend?
For suspension: Fox, Bilstein, King, Icon, TeraFlex, Mopar. Wheels: Method, KMC, Fuel, Hostile, Black Rhino. Tires: BFGoodrich, Nitto, Toyo, Falken, Mickey Thompson. Bumpers: Warn, ARB, Smittybilt, Poison Spyder, DV8. We carry 200+ brands and recommend based on your specific vehicle and use case.
Do modifications void my vehicle warranty?
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer cannot void your entire warranty for aftermarket parts. They must prove the modification caused the specific failure. We use quality components and proper installation to minimize concerns. Check with your dealer for their specific stance.
