33-inch tires: 4.56 gears restore the factory feel on most Jeep and Bronco applications. Good for daily drivers who want a mild lift with moderate tires.
35-inch tires: 4.88 gears are the sweet spot. This is the most common re-gear we do — it puts the power band right back where it should be for highway driving and trail use.
37-inch tires: 5.13 gears are the go-to. The bigger, heavier 37s need a more aggressive ratio to keep the engine happy. Essential if you’re running 37s on a daily driver.
37+ with heavy armor: 5.38 gears for heavily built rigs with steel bumpers, winch, rock sliders, and full skid plates. The extra weight demands deeper gearing.
