How We Build F-150s
Step 1: Consultation. We sit down and talk about your truck. What year and trim? How do you use it — daily commute, weekend trails, overlanding trips, towing a boat? What does the finished build look like in your head? What’s your timeline? We’ll pull up builds we’ve completed that match your vision so you can see real results, not renderings.
Step 2: Build spec. We put together a complete build sheet — every component, every modification, in writing. Lift height, shock package, wheel and tire specs, bumper selection, lighting, interior mods, everything. You see exactly what’s going in and what the total investment looks like before we order a single part. No surprises, no scope creep, no “while we were in there” charges you didn’t approve.
Step 3: Parts procurement. We source components from our network of direct manufacturer relationships and trusted distributors. BDS, Icon, Fox, ADD, Method, BFGoodrich, Baja Designs — we work with these brands daily and stock many common F-150 parts. Custom-order items typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
Step 4: The build. Your F-150 goes up on the lift and doesn’t come down until it’s finished. Our senior technician Daniel Capper — 26 years of automotive experience — oversees every build personally. Lift installation, suspension tuning, wheel and tire mounting, bumper fitment, wiring, alignment — everything happens in sequence, on schedule. A typical full build runs 3-5 days depending on scope.
Step 5: Quality check and handoff. Before you pick up your truck, we do a complete inspection. Every bolt torqued, every wire secured, alignment verified, test drive completed.
