JLTS-01 2018to present Jeep JL Spare Tire Delete Kit. The DV8 Offroad JLTS-01 fits over the raised vent area in the center of the tailgate. These are very useful for those who have deleted or relocated the spare tire.
CNC-laser cut from 3/16 inch steel the plate comes powder coated in a textured black finish with a license plate light and installs easily using the stock tire carrier mounting bolts.
Installing the tramp stamp requires removal of the stock air vent flaps, so that it may sit flat against the tailgate for a clean appearance.

The DV8 Offroad RBJL-02 was designed for the hardcore offroader who needs to know that their spare isnt going anywhere. The first of its kind it is installed by bolting the tire carrier directly to the frame, then bolting the end caps to the tire carrier. This provides unparalleled rigidity and makes the mounting rock solid. Not only that but the caps can be changed out for different styles should you choose to change up the look of the bumper. The tire carrier for the RBJL-02 uses a pin that hooks to a plate on the JL tailgate allowing for easy access to the rear of the vehicle. The tire carrier also has a pivoting function that allows for the user to drop a large spare tire without needing help. The carrier drops the spare all the way to the ground to save you from the back-breaking task of trying to wrestle it off of the tire carrier.

Our Hammer Forged rear bumpers were designed and built with hardcore wheeling in mind. Inspired by King of the Hammers style racing and crawling these bumpers are designed to perform on the rocks where you need protection the most. All of our Hammer Forged front bumpers have heavily reinforced mounting plates, great departure angles, and are made of thick, high tensile strength steel. The steel thickness of each part of the bumper was chosen to keep strength up and weight down, certain parts of the bumpers are made of 1/4 inch steel while others are made of 3/16 inch steel depending on the amount of abuse that each part is likely to take. The result is a lighter, stronger bumper that is ready to take on the toughest challenges that you will throw at your Jeep.

TCJL-01 2018 to present Jeep JL Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier. The DV8 Offroad TCJL-01 replaces the weakest link on the OEM spare tire mounting system, unlike Jeeps of the past the JL features a cast steel internal tailgate structure. This means that it is much stronger and more capable of handling heavier loads. The DV8 TCJL-01 replaces the factory bracket that connects the spare to the tailgate itself. It also makes the mounting system adjustable to accommodate up to a 35†tire and wheel combo.

The DV8 Offroad TCJL-01 uses a combination of tubing, boxed steel and internal bracing to accommodate up to a 42 tire and wheel combo and can be used with any rear bumper. DV8 used a spring loaded pin system to make opening and closing the tire carrier so easy that it can be done with one hand full. The tire carrier accommodates the OEM back-up camera and comes with a new third brake light. Install is extremely simple with minimal drilling and provided tailgate hinges.

This tire carrier comes with everything needed to convert the bumper from standalone to a bumper with a tire carrier that can handle up to a 37 tire.

The TC-6 is a tire carrier that extends from the bumper (RS-10 and RS-11) to the Jeep’s rear tailgate. Much like the DV8 RS-2 it opens along with the tailgate in 1 step rather than the 2 step process of opening a standard swing away tire carrier. This carrier is designed to bolt onto your existing RS-10 or 11 bumper so that if you are on a budget you can purchase the bumper and then the tire carrier. It is precisely CNC laser cut with a multitude of mounting points so that you can get creative with your hi-lift jack, gas and water cans, or whatever else you like to bring with you. After the laser cutter cuts the pieces it is then sent to be expertly welded and sent off to powdercoat. The final product is a solid tire carrier that can handle the load of any Jeep adventure.

JK BFH Disco Skid for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2011. The JK BFH Disco Skid is an optional bolt-on skid plate to protect the factory electric swaybar disconnect motor on JKs. In Stock form this motor hangs low, making it vulnerable to rocks and trail hazards. The BFH Disco Skid protects it, but also comes with hardware and instructions to rotate the motor upward, further out of harms way.
Like the BFH bumper, the Disco Skid is made of CNC laser-cut 3/16 inch plate steel and is designed to be a great looking, functional addition to the JK BFH bumper. This product ships as bare steel it will need to be painted or powdercoated prior to final installation. We do Not offer a powdercoat option for this item.

Installing the BFH Disco Skid requires a procedure to rotate the electric sway bar disconnect mechanism so that it tucks up higher underneath the Jeep and clears the skid, which is designed for maximum ground clearance.
Beginning with the 2012 model year, Jeep changed to a different design for the electric sway bar disconnect mechanism on the JK Rubicon. On these 2012 and newer Rubiocns, the sway bar mechanism rotation procedure may leave a small part of the mechanism housing in slight contact with the bottom edge of the air conditioning condenser unit. It may also slightly contact the skid itself. This can result in damage to the condenser. Those who still want to install the Disco Skid on their 2012 and newer Rubicon may do so at their own risk, though they may minimize that risk by grinding away material from the mechanism housing where it would rub the condenser.
Poison Spyder provides no instructions for doing this, however, and makes no warranty for the product or damage caused by installing it on 2012 and newer JK Rubicons.
Note: The JK BFH Disco Skid works only in conjunction with the JK BFH Front Bumper. It is Not designed to work with the Stock or other aftermarket bumpers.

This time-honored design has proven itself on hundreds of Jeeps over the past decade, providing simple, clean lines along with a measure of forward-flop protection. The Trail Stinger extends 13.4 inches forward from the front edge of the bumper, and 17 inches high from the top surface of the bumper.
The optional Comp Stinger for the BFH front bumper matches the lines of our stand-alone Comp Stingers. For those getting into the more hard-core aspects of the sport, the Comp Stinger provides even better forward-roll prevention, as well as increased protection of the radiator area and engine compartment in the event of a rollover. The Comp Stinger extends 17.6 inches forward from the front edge of the bumper, and 21.9 inches high from the top surface of the bumper.
The optional Recovery Shackle Tabs are machined from 1 inch thick plate steel to provide a secure attachment point for 3/4 inch recovery shackles. These tabs are specifically engineered to match the angles of the BFH bumper to result in zero loss in approach angle.
The optional Winch Fairlead Mount is a separate piece (bolt-on, Not weld-on) that mounts between your winch and the BFH bumper to provide a secure mounting surface for the winch fairlead (find it in the Related Items section below).
The JK BFH Disco Skid is an optional bolt-on skid plate to protect the factory electric swaybar disconnect motor on JKs. In Stock form this motor hangs low, making it vulnerable to rocks and trail hazards. The BFH II Rear Bumper is CNC laser-cut from high strength 3/16 inch plate steel, then precision brake-formed for an exact fit. In keeping with its minimalist design parameter, the BFH II Rear Bumper has no provisions for a spare tire carrier. This bumper is intended for those hard-core wheelers who either wheel without a spare or strap the spare down into the bed of the Jeep. It may also be compatible with the OE tailgate-mounted spare tire carrier, depending on the size of the spare tire used.
High Clearance and Departure Angle
The faceted plate steel design of the JK BFH II Rear Bumper provides the Most ground/obstacle clearance and best departure angle of any JK rear bumper on the market. To achieve this, installation requires trimming the bulky rear frame rails and Stock bumper mounts. A laser-cut steel template is provided to assist with making the right cuts. These modifications include cutting into the Stock rear crossmember. At the installers discretion, the Stock rear crossmember may be plated across the open cut (materials to do this are Not included), or the crossmember removed completely.
Optional Replacement Crossmember
If the Stock crossmember is removed completely, it may be replaced with the JK BFH II Rear Crossmember (Note that there are versions of the BFH II Crossmember with or without a receiver hitch-this particular version of the BFH II Rear Bumper is specificaly designed to work with the non-receiver version-it will Not work with the crossmember that has the integrated hitch receiver (p/n 17-17-030).
High Clearance Shackle Tabs
