DV8 Armor Fenders offer next level protection and clearance. The aggressive design of the fenders allows for the use of large tires with minimal lift allowing for a lower center of gravity. These fenders are built tough with 3/16 inch steel and gusseting throughout. The fronts completely do away with the thin sheet metal panel and the rears bolt directly to the tub of the Jeep.

DV8 Offroad Flat Fenders provide more tire clearance and more ability to flex. They come with internal bracing to ensure strength and durability. Our fenders come in a gloss black color and can be painted to match or left as is.
They line up perfectly with the JK body lines and installation is extremely simple with precision cut holes to match the factory fender holes. DV8 fenders also come with our exclusive turn signal mounting bracket, which can be used to mount an aftermarket turn signal light. Ditch the factory plastic fenders which leave your JK vulnerable to expensive body damage, and upgrade to DV8 steel fenders.

M715 JK Conversion. The JK Wrangler M715 front clip kit consists of: hood with one center and two side grill inserts; two fenders with one grill insert per side; front fascia with one main and two bottom grill inserts, the original turn signal and head lights can be re-used two front and two rear high fender flairs, 2 inch higher and 1 inch wider to mount larger tires, the front ones utilize reassessments to mount 1/2 inch LED signal lights front inner fenders mount inboard to the frame and hold the fenders and fender flairs included are also head light relocation brackets, all installation hardware and detailed instructions.Â
The Kaiser Jeep M715 inspired to this retro style design. The JK Wrangler M715 front clip kit body panels are made of fiberglass and come with a gel coat finish.

The new line of XRC JK front fenders was specifically engineered to provide the protection and clearance needed when you Footre pushing your rig through the toughest conditions. Each piece of armor is manufactured out of 3/16 Inch cold rolled steel and then powder coated in Smittybilts signature series two stage matte black powder coat finish. Each fender is designed to be a complete bolt on with stainless steel fasteners and requires no modification to the vehicle.
All of the XRC Fenders come with an inner fender liner to keep mud, snow or any other debris out of the engine compartment and replaceable slide plates.
