Nemesis JK Inner Fenders were another response to issues we saw with the options for JK inner fenders: the factory plastic liners are prone to catching on big tires and look cheap, and after market fenders often are flimsy, have fit and finish issues or are downright gaudy. Like everything we do, we wanted to create a the best inner fender you can buy using Nemesis’s standards for quality, form and function.
Our JK Inner Fenders are the highest clearance liner you can get! They start past in the inside of the frame and hug the fender opening, coming all the way up to the battery box on the right hand side, leaving maximum real estate for your tires.
Installation is easy thanks to our innovative two piece design, making it so you don’t have to fight to position the inner fender around the suspension components. Nemesis JK Inner Fenders also use all of the factory mounting holes, making installation quick and painless.
They’re made of .090 aluminum to ensure they remain rigid and hold their shape, able to withstand punishment from the road and off the road.

Poison Spyder JK Vented Inner Fenders dress up the look of your front wheel wells with beautiful CNC laser cut, bead-rolled and brake-formed aluminum panels with stainless steel mesh vented inserts. The main panels are made of 16 gauge 5052 aluminum, while the vent panels are heavy duty stainless steel wire mesh. The CNC bead-rolled features look great and give the product a distinctive motorsports flare, but the beads actually help stiffen the product for further strength. The vented feature helps promote airflow through the engine bay, helping your Jeep run cooler. These look great with Poison Spyder Crusher Flares, but they’re a great addition to any Jeep JK Wrangler, whether it still has the stock flares, aftermarket plastic flares or other manufacturers’ metal flares.
SpyderShell? Armor Coat
These JK Inner Fenders come with Poison Spyder’s SpyderShell? finish (on the main panels, not the stainless steel mesh vent inserts). SpyderShell? is more than just powder coating—it’s a complete system that includes the state of the art in preparation, application, materials and packaging to ensure that your SpyderShell? products stay looking great for years. The SpyderShell? process has been engineered to provide your Poison Spyder product with years of unmatched great looks, corrosion protection and weather-resistance. Our proprietary 6-stage system starts with media blasting the entire part, to remove contaminents and prep the metal surface for the best possible adhesion. Next, any seams are sealed with 3M Scotch-Weld to block moisture from entering and causing corrosion where the powder can not reach. The first coat to be applied is a zinc-rich powdered black primer, which is baked on to form an impenetrable bond between the metal product and the coating. The primer is black–rather than traditional gray–so that any rock chips or trail damage are less conspicuous. The final top coat is an industrial grade, “super-durable” architectural finish in semi-gloss black, which is engineered to retain its appearance through years of exposure to sun and weather.
