Rubicon Express is proud to announce the introduction of 2.5 inch lift progressive coil systems for the 07-12 Jeep JK wrangler. These easy to install systems deliver impressive off road performance and value without having to change driveshafts, modify exhaust or brake lines. Get increased ground clearance, extended wheel travel and room for 35 inch tall tires.
Progressive coils have a longer extended length vs. Linear coils, maximizing droop travel. The progressive spring rate also results in a smooth ride over small bumps with enough spring rate to prevent harsh bottoming during full compression.

These high performance suspension systems deliver both performance and control that are unmatched by any other long arm kit on the market. They feature adjustable chromoly upper and lower control arms that will stand up to anything you can drive over. With PT-MEG Super-Ride Bushings and Super-Flex Joints they are sure to provide superior handing while not limiting articulation. The kits FULL WIDTH heavy-duty transmission crossmember allows for more durability and frame rigidity then the competition. This also allows for installation that is much easier that competitors kits eliminating the need for welding. An optional robust belly pan, and CNC machine steering knuckle provide outstanding upgrades. Systems can be ordered in 3.5 inch, 4.5 inch and 5.5 inch lift heights With optional high performance monotube shocks. Eliminate the heavy steel thimble on the end of your synthetic winch line and replace it with an ultra light aluminum load spool. Our new load spools are compatible with all Factor 55 shackle mount products and allow soft eye winch line attachment eliminating metal contact to the fairlead.

Tree Saver Strap 8 Foot 3 Inch Black/Orange Factor 55
Factor 55 finally releases a low energy storing Tree Saver Strap. These straps are not constructed like typical recovery/snatch straps. The Tree Saver Strap is not designed to store energy from stretch. They are designed to serve as a versatile link to attach to trees and or vehicles and are constructed of an ultra low stretch (low energy storage) polyester, not high stretch nylon like typical snatch straps.
The applications vary from easily attaching to vehicles that are not equipped with recovery points, to using your winch and Tree Saver Strap to attach to the closest recovery point or nearest tree. The inherit flat shape of the straps prevent the straps from rolling and twisting when attached to tubular shapes like bumper stingers, steering components, and nerf bars. We prefer flat straps over round ropes for this reason.
Even polyester webbing materials retain a small element of material stretch and since the total energy stored is a function of the percent of stretch and the overall length of the strap, we have designed the strap to be the perfect length to wrap around a tree and still retain the necessary webbing overlap and stitch count necessary for the rated loads.
The overall length of the Tree Saver Strap is 8 feet, and this is reduced to only 4 feet long when used in the common basket configuration. Low stretch/energy storage equates to less recoil energy during a possible component failure.
These straps are manufactured in the USA to Factor 55 specifications by the Certified Sling Corporation, the parent company to the well known Bubba Rope Company.
