The Poison Spyder JK Crusher Flare provides tire coverage for up to a 40 inch tire (minor trimming of the inner sheet metal may be required for tire clearance). The Crusher Flares mounting plate is made of CNC laser cut 3/16 inch plate steel that has been brake-formed to fit the contours of the JK flare mounting surface like a glove. The Crusher Flare rails are CNC-bent 1.5 inch X .188 wall DOM structural tubing, with a fender surface made of 1/8 inch laser-cut plate aluminum.
The Crusher Flare mounts using stainless steel countersunk flat head cap screws that provide a low profile, great looks and corrosion resistance. Installation requires drilling and installation of the provided nut-sert fasteners. Poison Spyder supplies a simple nut-sert installation tool to facilitate the process. Crusher Flares are sold as bare steel. For added structural rigidity when hardcore wheeling, Rear Crusher Flares come with a 4-piece Inner Brace Kit. The Inner Braces are engineered to provide the internal structure to keep the Crusher Flares from deforming the Jeep outer tub sheetmetal on impacts. JK RockBrawler II Rear Bumper Black for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2016. The Brawler Full Width Rear Bumper for JK provides the highest ground and tire clearance possible in a Full width JK rear bumper. This bumper brings Poison Spyder form and function to the overlander market, and to those who would like to keep their Stock JK fender flares. Finally there is a Full Width front bumper that incorporates Poison Spyder and their attention to form and function, in an elegant package that integrates perfectly with the Stock Jeep or aftermarket Stock replacement fender flares. While this bumper was designed for those Jeep enthusiasts who prefer a more overland style and function to their Jeep build, or want to keep their factory flares, we could Not simply make a Full-width monstrosity like so many unsightly bumpers already on the market.Even though its Full width, and less likely to be used on the hard core rock trails, we still felt compelled to design it with maximum approach angle, ground clearance and tire clearance possible while still extending out to the Full width of the Stock flares to protect the corners of the Jeep.
The outriggers that extend to the edge of the flare are kept as tight to the original Brawler high clearance lines as possible, tapering outward toward the ends. This allows the best departure angles possible in a Full width rear bumper, minimizing the chances of hanging up as the rear tire comes off a rock or ledge. The outriggers are designed to integrate visually with the Stock fender flares, in a clean, almost factory look.

2-Way Adjustable Tire Mount
The tire mount is adjustable up and down, as well as in and out, to accommodate a wide variety of tire sizes up to 39 inches. The adjust-ability allows the tire to be mounted as low as possible for any tire size, to keep a low center of gravity.
License Plate Relocation Mount
The included license plate mount places the license plate at the center of the spare tire, for those who choose to move it there. Unlike the original RockBrawler rear bumper, the RockBrawler II Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier does Not obstruct the placement of the Stock license plate frame, so the installer may choose to leave it in the Stock location or move it to the center of the rear tire using the included bracket. We recommend relocating it, as the Stock mount sticks out significantly from the side of the Jeep and is just begging to be torn off by a rock along the trail. The RockBrawler Rear Bumper recessed light buckets accept 2.5 inch Round, Clear LED Lamps, the same backup lamps we have sold with our Crusher Corners.The recessed buckets protect them from the rocks and direct light rearward rather than into the bumper interior, the way some competitor bracket-mounted lamps do. Customers may choose to wire them into the reverse light circuit, or wire them to a separate dash switch as a loading or utility light. Important: Note that the LED Lamps do Not come with this bumper, they must be purchased separately.
Works with Existing Equipment
The RockBrawler Rear Bumper is designed to work with your existing OE tow hitch. Unlike the integrated hitches found on competitor’s bumpers, the OE hitch is designed for and safely rated for towing. And best of all, its easily removable. So those who need a sturdy hitch for towing can still use the Stock one, while those who need the extra clearance for hard core off-roading can easily remove it.The RockBrawler Rear Bumper has a built-in step/recess to provide easy access to the rear of the Jeep as well as clearance for the spare tire. This bumper may be used with the Stock spare tire carrier and up to a 35 inch tire. Rock Solid Mounting
The JK RockBrawler Rear Bumper incorporates an extra set of mounting bolts, along the bottom of the bumper which fasten into the rear crossmember. Combined with the mounting flange bolts at either side, the bumper is rigidly fastened by a total of 8 Grade 8 bolts, on three different planes to provide ultimate strength and rigidity to the mounted bumper.
Recovery Shackle Tabs
The optional Heavy Duty Recovery Shackle Tabs are CNC machined from 1 inch thick steel billet, specifically designed to accept our heavy duty 3/4 inch Recovery Shackles.These tabs are designed to match the high clearance aspects of the rest of the bumper and minimized hang-ups. Selecting this option will get you a pair of these tabs, expertly welded to the RockBrawler Rear Bumper.
